Good to know before you book.
What can’t you take?
Hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical waste and propane tanks need special handling. Mention them in your booking and we’ll tell you the options for your area.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If items are outside or accessible, just leave instructions in the booking notes. For in-home pickups, someone needs to let the crew in.
How is the price set?
By volume — how much of the truck or bin you fill — plus any heavy or special items. You get a quote when we confirm, and the crew confirms it on site before loading.
Where does everything go?
To licensed transfer stations, recycling centers and local donation partners. Landfill is the last stop, not the first.
